^Lot 284 Sioux Beaded Tipi Bag

Late 19th century.  Sinew sewn on Indian tanned hide, with geometric patterns of cobalt blue, white heart rose, greasy yellow, and grass green on a sky blue field.  Horsehair and tin cone decorations adorn the sides.  Supple and in excellent condition.
